Lavender sat in the library, looking at her nails. They had gotten chipped at some point during the day, and she wanted to go back to her room and fix them. But she had to sit here and get this stupid essay done for Professor Flitwick. No one came to the library to work, except the geeks, and they were all over in the geek section. She couldn't work in the common room because there were too many things to distract her. So she was hidden behind a bookshelf, her books and parchment currently discarded as she stared with disdain at her nail.
Vati flounced in, in need of a book. She didn't even know which one, but figured some idiotic drooling Ravenclaw would surely be there to help her. She went in search of one before sumbling upon Lavie. She grinned, moving closer. "Lavender, darling, whatever are you doing in here?"
Her head tilted. "Your nails are chipped," she said. "You should wait until Ron copies from Hermione, and then copy from him, and then we can fix your nails - that's much more important, don't you think?" Clearly.
"Oh, you're so clever, Parvi!" Lavender beamed. "Come and sit down here." She patted the seat next to her, pushing her quills and parchment out of the way. She held her hand out to Parvati. "What should I do?"
Lav blushed and giggled. "Yes please, darling, I'd like that," she smiled, turning in her chair to face Parvati, her skirt riding up just a little bit. She put her hands on her knees, surveying the chipped nails sadly.
She smiled back, fingers dancing lightly across the top of Lavender's hand. "You're so good to me," she mused. "Clearly I'm the luckiest girl in Hogwarts, to have such a beautiful, clever best friend." She leaned in, hugging the other girl.
"I'd be so totally lost without you, Pavi. You help me out all the time," Lavender beamed, pulling back from the embraced and crossing her legs, her skirt riding up a little more. "You're the most wonderful and beautiful person ever."
Her fingers tingled against those thighs and Vati licked her lips, slowly starting to stroke Lavender's skin.
"We ould go to the dorm and give each other facials," Vati suggested. "The new Witch Weekly came today, we could try out the new makeup charms, too..." Her hands moved a bit higher, truthfully not too interested in makeup and hair potions at this point in time.
Lavender nodded, considering the suggestion. "That sounds like a brilliant idea, Parvi, just give me a second to pack my things away." She stood up and leant over the table, unaware that her skirt had ridden quite far up ther thighs, not leaving all that much to the imagination.
Parvati watched that skirt ride up, exposing inches of cream skin, and she licked her lips, unable to stop herself from the sliding her hand between Lavender's legs, fingers brushing against her. "You look gorgeous today, Lavie... have I said so yet?"
A devilish sort of smile spread on Parvi's lips and she moved closer, standing behind Lavender with that hand rubbing her gently, teasingly. "Oh?" She asked, her other hand coming to cover a breast, squeezing gently. "Why's that?"
She bent forward, brushing the hair from Lavender's neck to kiss it as her hands picked up pace again. "I can feel that," she said, softly. "Feel how much you want it. Have you thought about this much? Missed it since the first time?"
